Dijon Rosemary Chicken with Everything Bagel Asparagus

This is a great & easy weeknight meal when I'm cooking for the family and want to keep it simple. Especially if I'm extra tired or symptomatic.


Message from the chef

I mix together ~1/3 cup dijon, 1/4 cup mayo (I love @primalkitchen avocado oil version), and a handful of chopped rosemary. Spread it on the chicken, and then roast chicken in the oven at 350. For the asparagus, I just drizzle with EVOO and throw on the everything bagel seasoning - then roast in the oven at 400. In this photo I also served it with a simple cauliflower rice side! 🥘

NOTE: I recently bought a Recipe Jar and have been slowly transfering my recipes to the little index cards. It has made the visual / reading portion of cooking so much easier (I used to keep them on my phone!). So if you need a low key weekend project, this is for you :)
