This meal is perfect for cooking for a group at home - I can throw the shaved sprouts onto a sheet pan (season with EVOO, salt & pepper), throw the broccoli on a different sheet pan (season with GF soy sauce, EVOO & pepper), and roast them both at 400 in the oven. While that's preparing, I'll make the chicken on the stove and voila! 🥘
I especially love this meal because usually when you're cooking for a group or your family, you have multiple people hanging out in the kitchen and talking to you. Since I struggle with following multiple conversations and/or multi-tasking (i.e. cooking and talking!) I try to keep it simple and do the prepwork beforehand. So I'll get the veggies ready and pop them in whenever everyone arrives, then I'll only have to focus on the chicken while talking with friends or family! ️
