Hold on to your hats folks, because this is a breakfast that does NOT involve eggs OR oatmeal (I know, who knew this type of thing existed?

This week features a smoked salmon platter with lots of fresh goodies on it - cucumbers, lemons, parsley - and a dose of our brain-loving omega 3s from the salmon!

Note: My favorite dairy-free cream cheese is made by Kite Hill. If you want to go a different route, mashed avocado also tastes delicious with this! Feel free to grab a gluten-free bread and make some toast points as vehicles for your salmon & toppings of choice. 🥑

Note #2: I recently did a food sensitivities test and found I was intolerant to...EGGS! I was beside myself for a few hours because I couldn't imagine a world without one of my top favorite foods...but I am turning to so many other glorious options and still enjoying breakfast every day. The things we do for our brain-health, right?!? Smoked salmon, it is!
